Henan Golden Sun Precision Casting Co., Ltd., founded in 2010, is located in the Advanced Manufacturing Development Zone of Yanjin County, Xinxiang City, Henan Province, with 200 employees and a planned annual production capacity of 30000 tons. The company has two production bases and a high-end CNC machine tool casting engineering technology research center, mainly engaged in the R&D, production and sales of CNC machine tool castings, engineering machinery castings, rail transit castings, industrial robot castings, compressor castings, mining machinery castings, pump valve castings.

Quality Assurance

In order to improve the research and development efficiency and ensure the world quality, the company also introduced Anycasting software, Huazhu CAE simulation casting software and LIMS laboratory information management system, which realized the casting simulation and the whole process material composition tracking management from raw materials entering the factory to finished products leaving the warehouse.

The chemical analysis laboratory and physical property testing laboratory established by the company have direct reading spectrometer, carbon silicon analyzer, metallographic microscope (inverted/portable), universal material testing machine, high-frequency infrared carbon sulfur analyzer, nitrogen oxygen analyzer, molding sand high temperature analyzer, 3D size scanner, low temperature impact testing machine, ultrasonic, magnetic particle, coloring and other nondestructive testing instruments, pre furnace/post furnace physical and chemical analyzer and other equipment.
